How Khabari handles your information.
What we collect
Your name, email address, optional phone number and a securely hashed password; your delivery address and map pin; your orders, meal plans, recipes, likes and saved recipes; your mess meals and payments; and your dietary preferences and budget if you set them.
How we use it
To deliver your orders, show your order history, personalise AI meal plans and send you notifications. The shop and its rider see your name, phone and address only for orders you place with that shop. Members of your mess see the meals and payments recorded in it.
Payments
Online payments are handled by SSLCommerz. Khabari never sees or stores your card, bKash or Nagad details.
Live location
Riders can choose to share their live location while an order is out for delivery. It is sent only to the customer of that order and is not stored.
AI meal planning
When you use the AI planner, your dietary preferences, budget, current plan and request are sent to our AI provider to make a plan. Your name and contact details are not included.
Your choices
You can update your profile and preferences at any time from your profile page. To delete your account and data, contact us through the Contact page.
Storage on your device
Your login, cart and language are kept in your browser's local storage on this device. Log out to remove your login from the device. A preference cookie also stores your language so pages open in the right language. When signed in, we save that choice for service emails.
